Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop financial internal controls and supporting policy assessment/standardization frameworks with leadership.
  • •Draft divisional accounting policies and support implementation of new accounting policies through technical analysis.
  • •Lead balance sheet substantiation, periodic reviews, and trial balance substantiation to maintain strong control environments.
  • •Coordinate with shared services and BU finance teams to ensure timely financial period close and support audit progress and auditor requirements.
  • •Drive adoption of AI and automation tools for controlling deliverables, including data governance, training, and AI use case identification.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional accounting qualification (CA/ACCA or others).
  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience in a large organization at a supervisory level.
  • •Strong analytical and process-oriented skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • •Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • •Familiarity with SAP BW/BPC/SAC and the ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
