Manager, Token and Chip Business Analytics

Lead North America analytics for network tokens and EMV chip/contactless payments, using internal and external data to uncover trends, issues, and opportunities. Build recurring reporting, dashboards, and presentations to support product planning and leadership updates. Partner with product, account executives, and client success teams to track key metrics and strategic initiatives, synthesize findings into clear recommendations, and develop materials for internal and client-facing decision-making.
