Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, shaping workforce and hiring strategies.
  • •Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions using data and structured recommendations.
  • •Lead end-to-end recruitment programs from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment to goals, timelines, and quality outcomes.
  • •Leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to improve sourcing, screening, and decision-making.
  • •Own full-cycle recruitment for critical roles and maintain compliance, reporting integrity, and a strong candidate experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • •7+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated strategic impact.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, program leadership, and end-to-end hiring delivery.
  • •Expertise in recruiting and talent strategy development with complex hiring initiatives.
  • •Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter) plus demonstrated AI/digital recruiting capabilities.
