Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver design work for projects within the MEP discipline with minimal supervision.
•Provide design and technical advice within a multidisciplinary team and interpret client needs to meet delivery goals.
•Supervise the completion of detailed designs and the work of others in the discipline.
•Lead the feasibility study for projects and assess feasibility in relation to discipline scope.
•Direct others in the production of detailed and performance specifications, reviewed by colleagues prior to issue.

Key Requirements

•BEng/BSc/MEng in applicable engineering discipline
•UK project experience within Building Services MEP
•Working knowledge of electrical design software (Revit MEP) and 3D design tools
•Working knowledge of AutoCAD to allocate/direction of work on projects
•Ability to lead feasibility studies and supervise the production of detailed/ performance specifications
