Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver design work for projects within the MEP discipline with minimal supervision.
  • •Provide design and technical advice within a multidisciplinary team and interpret client needs to meet delivery goals.
  • •Supervise the completion of detailed designs and the work of others in the discipline.
  • •Lead the feasibility study for projects and assess feasibility in relation to discipline scope.
  • •Direct others in the production of detailed and performance specifications, reviewed by colleagues prior to issue.

Key Requirements

  • •BEng/BSc/MEng in applicable engineering discipline
  • •UK project experience within Building Services MEP
  • •Working knowledge of electrical design software (Revit MEP) and 3D design tools
  • •Working knowledge of AutoCAD to allocate/direction of work on projects
  • •Ability to lead feasibility studies and supervise the production of detailed/ performance specifications
