Key Responsibilities

  • •Compile and document business requirements, maintaining documentation for business process maps, workbooks, and procedures as needed
  • •Coordinate the book of work for HR and/or Finance IT support teams, including coordinating the functional specifications and managing the associated technical design for application enhancements
  • •Organize and coordinate project-related meetings and workshops, including status reporting and preparation of regular status decks for senior management/stakeholders
  • •Define and maintain the internal governance model for technology projects to ensure priorities meet criteria for the overall roadmap
  • •Work in partnership with functional/technical resources to schedule, document and perform future implementations, testing, design changes, upgrades and troubleshooting

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in the global Financial Services arena with exposure to Human Resources and Financials systems; preferably partnering with technical and/or engineering functions
