Key Responsibilities

  • •Commission and maintain ventilation and control systems to optimize equipment for users and resolve issues.
  • •Oversee responsibility for projects through completion, including progress checks, inventories, and coordination of site activities with the customer.
  • •Diagnose and fix technical malfunctions and problems in ventilation & refrigeration technology.
  • •Coordinate deployments with dispatch/planning, select necessary components, and collaborate with adjacent departments (Vertrieb, Customer Care, Mietkälte, Controls).
  • •Ensure safety rule compliance on construction sites, conduct job site audits, report near-misses in Gensuite, and maintain process-compliant documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical training in refrigeration/air conditioning/building services (Kälte- / Klima- / Gebäudetechnik) or equivalent knowledge.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and an expert understanding of ventilation, building services, and electrical engineering.
  • •Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical faults in ventilation & refrigeration technology.
  • •Good English skills (spoken and written); French is an advantage.
  • •MS Office skills and IT affinity, plus readiness to take on additional tasks defined by Trane.
