Key Responsibilities

  • •Use analog circuit analysis and ATE debug knowledge to troubleshoot test, quality, and device performance issues.
  • •Develop test processes, fixtures, and software for automated test equipment to optimize production use.
  • •Establish and influence next-generation test solutions to achieve the lowest obtainable costs on future products.
  • •Support new multi-factory manufacturing test and assembly flows.
  • •Analyze test solution robustness and perform yield analysis to identify and drive manufacturing improvements with fabs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical & computer engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
  • •XX years of work related experience.
  • •Experience with USP and Testware tools/platforms, including Eagle 364/500, LTX Fusion, Catalyst, Agilent 407x, and Ultraflex.
  • •ATE expertise.
  • •Probe card hardware and circuit design experience, plus software development experience.
