Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and supervise Cost Control and Income Audit teams, setting operational KPIs and daily workflows.
  • •Ensure compliance with USALI, local tax laws, and internal financial controls, acting as liaison between Finance and department heads.
  • •Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cost analysis across Food, Beverage, operating supplies, and OS&E, including stock movements and inventory counts.
  • •Supervise daily revenue audit processes to reconcile guest charges and non-room revenues accurately across PMS/POS systems.
  • •Prepare month-end reconciliations and inventory valuation reports, support variance analysis and forecast updates, and assist with annual operating budget preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • •Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, or CHTP) preferred.
  • •3–5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience in mid-to-large-scale hotel operations.
  • •Direct experience in Cost Control and/or Income Audit roles.
  • •Hands-on experience with hospitality ERPs and systems such as Opera (PMS), Micros/Simphony (F&B POS), and inventory/procurement software.
