Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, facilitating courteous conversation, and completing complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking, to enhance their service experience.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities via referrals or fulfillment.
  • •Maintain Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
