Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard and train linguists and other audio professionals (Producers) to use the ElevenLabs platform
  • •Build quality control and monitoring systems for your language to ensure content sounds natural and professional-grade
  • •Collaborate with the Productions product and engineering team to optimize tools and processes for high-quality content creation
  • •Define the editorial line and set creative direction, including style guides, voice casting, translation and adaptation principles
  • •Mentor and manage language teams to maintain a high standard of accuracy and consistency across projects

Key Requirements

  • •Native speaker of or native-level knowledge of Japanese or Korean
  • •Experience building and/or running a production team inside an LSP/localization agency/media company (Transcript, Translation, Dubs, Audiobooks)
  • •Strong attention to detail in your native language and ability to spot inconsistencies
  • •Comfortable giving feedback and maintaining a high content quality bar
  • •Bonus: Familiarity with ElevenLabs platform (transcript editor, Studio, dubbing) and multi-language capabilities
