Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the senior program representative during deployments, coordinating across internal teams and external customers to ensure readiness and credibility.
•Develop and maintain program execution frameworks, milestones, and reporting structures to align technical and operational teams.
•Oversee deployment planning and cross-functional coordination from planning to long-term sustainment, delivering mission-ready capabilities.
•Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and briefings to communicate program health and progress to leadership.
•Identify program risks early and drive mitigation strategies across stakeholders, ensuring compliance with U.S. and host-nation regulatory frameworks.

•Strong operational rigor—ability to build structured plans, manage concurrent workstreams, and execute against tight timelines.
