Branch Leader I, II, III - Lely

Lead day-to-day performance for an assigned branch by coaching and managing teammates while driving business development and branch revenue. Grow small business and mass affluent relationships through face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics. Manage human capital activities including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and workforce scheduling, and partner with IRM and operations teams to reinforce a One Team culture.
