Operations Lead - Valley Fair

Drive profitability and efficiency as part of the store leadership team, partnering with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate work, coach associates, and maintain strong execution. Lead inventory accuracy and shrink reduction through effective inventory management, root-cause investigations, and daily operational support across receiving, shipment, replenishment, and floor set updates. Oversee operations associates, manage performance feedback, and ensure stockroom standards and a safe, well-run store.
