Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager
  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and support safe, efficient operations through stockroom standards
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, and using performance tools to evaluate and provide feedback
