Key Responsibilities

•Own business critical end-to-end efforts on performance marketing initiatives, working with marketing, product, data science and analytics teams to deliver high-quality tooling and systems.
•Drive technical design and architecture for growth engineering systems, including campaign management, ads bidding optimization, and creative generation pipelines.
•Collaborate across other engineering teams and the data science org to understand and implement business requirements.
•Partner with stakeholders to define and refine requirements, ensuring they are translated into actionable tasks and milestones.
•Define performance metrics and drive data-driven decisions across the growth stack.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 275,000 annually
