Key Responsibilities

  • •Own business critical end-to-end efforts on performance marketing initiatives, working with marketing, product, data science and analytics teams to deliver high-quality tooling and systems.
  • •Drive technical design and architecture for growth engineering systems, including campaign management, ads bidding optimization, and creative generation pipelines.
  • •Collaborate across other engineering teams and the data science org to understand and implement business requirements.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to define and refine requirements, ensuring they are translated into actionable tasks and milestones.
  • •Define performance metrics and drive data-driven decisions across the growth stack.
