•Develop new relationships through referrals and outreach initiatives.
•Educate clients about banking solutions and digital tools to enhance financial confidence.
•Serve as a back-up to the Area Manager, supporting branch functions and leadership during absences

•4+ years of retail banking experience
•Proven success in building customer relationships
•Solid understanding of banking products and services
•Experience adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
