Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement an engagement strategy with policymakers, stakeholders, and opinion leaders across MENA.
  • •Oversee and address policy issues affecting Roblox in MENA, including gaming, child safety, AI, privacy, and consumer protection.
  • •Maintain and build relationships with regional policymakers and political figures.
  • •Develop and execute policy strategies aligned with Roblox’s business priorities in the region.
  • •Produce briefing papers and consultation responses, and advise internal stakeholders on policy inputs for product and business operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, International Relations, Media, Technology, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience working with policymakers and stakeholders in MENA.
  • •Deep knowledge of the MENA policymaking and public opinion process.
  • •Extensive experience in intelligence collection and analysis, strategy development, and project management.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
