Job Summary

Use AI and machine learning to shape the most valuable improvements for the maintenance teams using the CMMS platform. Partner with engineering and design to take features from discovery through launch, translating customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps. Analyze product usage and adoption trends (e.g., with Pendo), run QA before deployment, and help accelerate your work with AI tools while improving internal documentation.

•Partner with engineering, design, and other product managers across the full product lifecycle to ship features that solve customer problems.
•Gather, organize, and prioritize feature requests and requirements from customers, sales, design, and other stakeholders.
•Write clear product requirements and drive timely cross-functional execution.
•Identify and scope opportunities to apply AI/ML (e.g., predicting equipment failures) to reduce downtime.
•Participate in QA before deployment and document features/workflows to grow the internal knowledge base.

•Strong analytical skills, including deriving insights from data and analyzing product usage/adoption trends (e.g., Pendo) to understand client needs.
•Fluency with AI tools and workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and experience shipping or contributing to AI/ML-powered features is a strong plus.
