Job Summary

Lead the design, governance, and delivery of executive compensation for Unity’s top leadership, reporting to the VP of Total Rewards. Own executive pay strategy and committee materials, including Human Capital & Compensation Committee governance and the annual proxy statement CD&A with SEC compliance and Say-on-Pay readiness. Design incentive plans (PSU/RSU), manage benchmarking and external consultant relationships, and partner on executive offers and transitions while leading and mentoring the compensation team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Human Capital and Compensation Committee governance by preparing materials and strategic narratives and partnering with executives on compensation approvals.
•Own drafting of the annual proxy statement Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A), ensuring SEC compliance and Say-on-Pay readiness.
•Design and govern executive short-term and long-term incentive plans, including PSU and RSU programs, balancing retention with SBC expense and burn rate discipline.
•Manage external compensation consultant relationships and lead executive benchmarking, peer group selection, and competitive pay analysis.
•Partner with Executive Recruiting and leaders to build executive offer packages and manage compensation mechanics for promotions, transitions, and separations.

Salary: USD 152,800 - 229,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree preferred.
•Minimum 12 years of compensation management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
•Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market analysis, and regulatory requirements.
•Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings.
•Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders across the business and Board.
