Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project management commissions for design project delivery from inception through completion.
  • •Provide strategic support on major design projects to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • •Manage design consultants and coordinate consultant appointments to improve project outcomes.
  • •Oversee commercial and budget management, ensuring delivery within cost targets, quality standards, and timelines.
  • •Develop and implement risk management strategies, coordinate execution with stakeholders/site personnel, and report project performance metrics to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Design, or a related field; Master’s in Project Management/Design Management is preferred.
  • •10-12 years of post-qualification experience in project management, design management, or design consultancy roles.
  • •Proven expertise in design project delivery and design management/consultancy practices.
  • •Demonstrated commercial and budget management ability, including managing projects in the Rs5 crore to Rs10 crore range.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
