Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and manage Global Trade Management (GTM) policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • •Submit required reports to customs authorities (e.g., Monthly Report of Annex 30, INEGI Reports, Submaquila Reports).
  • •Maintain accurate customs inventory control records and verify BOM information in Annex 24 systems.
  • •Detect, mitigate, and eliminate customs risks; execute monthly downloads with root-cause analysis and KPI tracking.
  • •Manage tariff deferral programs and duties payment funds balance; close bi-monthly customs audit findings and assist with GTM procedures.

Key Requirements
