Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree with no prior claims experience required (or High School Diploma/Equivalent with 2+ years of Customer Service experience, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree with no prior claims experience required).
  • •Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s).
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • •Insurance-industry knowledge (preferred).
  • •Minimum 6 months of contact center experience (preferred).
