Lead daily store operations at the Tacoma Mall by supporting the store leadership team and delivering exceptional, personalized customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, supervise opening/closing and floor coverage, and help drive sales by monitoring KPIs and individual goals. Ensure operational excellence across merchandising, inventory, shipments, product flow, and loss prevention while maintaining visual standards and upholding safety and company policies. Promote inclusive team culture and local community engagement.
