Key Responsibilities

•Lead coordination of complex commercial loan closings from term sheet to initial funding with internal lending partners, clients, title companies, attorneys, and vendors.
•Review loan documentation against credit approval and ensure compliance with bank, federal, and state regulations.
•Collect, review, and analyze due diligence needed to close commercial loans, including entity documentation, UCC searches, flood certificates, appraisals, environmental reports, insurance, lien searches, title commitments, and surveys.
•Prepare closing documents internally or engage attorneys, and coordinate the information flow between the bank, borrower, and attorney firm.
•Complete doc preparation in nCino and process initial funding upon receipt and review of the executed closing package, including collateral tracking and perfection activities.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree (or equivalent) or at least four years of related experience and/or training.

•Knowledge of financial institution policies, procedures, and regulations (preferred).
•Knowledge of Finastra (LaserPro) documentation preparation (preferred).
