Execute category sourcing and procurement activities to support commercial performance and operational continuity. Develop and run RFQs, quotations, and framework agreements, evaluate supplier offers, and negotiate commercial terms within delegated authority. Use spend analysis and market research to support category planning, identify cost optimization opportunities, and manage suppliers by monitoring performance against KPIs—while ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
