Job Summary

Lead Army Advanced Effects business development within the Air Dominance & Strike Division, owning capture and growth strategies for US Army and international partners. Partner with engineering and program management to translate client needs into actionable plans, guide proposal efforts, and drive the road map toward ACAT1 programs while expanding existing relationships and communicating Anduril’s value to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate and capture US Army Advanced Effects opportunities, managing engagements with current and future clients and leading proposal and capture efforts.
•Develop capture strategies with acquisition plans, funding, and win themes, engaging stakeholders to shape requirements and drive program-of-record execution.
•Drive product development and program transition by translating client problems into engineering requirements, identifying milestones, and communicating across the company to align product decisions with client needs.
•Grow existing business by representing the Advanced Effects line and partnering with execution teams to expand work with current clients and explore new opportunities.
•Communicate Anduril's value to clients, partners, competitors, and the public, conveying the company's approach to next-generation defense technology and competitive edges.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7 years experience in creating or supporting new missiles/weapons programs, including requirements definition and acquisition strategies.
•Prior experience working with US Army program offices / customers. Deep understanding of US Army customer community, requirements process, and operational needs.
•Prior acquisition or operational experience with missile systems across surface fires, air launched effects, and the air defense domains, across a variety of roles and missions.
•Excellent writing, communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers.
•Ability to travel 50% – 75% required.
