Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and optimize the Smartsheet platform: manage licenses/accounts/permissions; configure workspaces, sheets, dashboards, and reports.
  • •Design and implement automated workflows, alerts, and approval processes; develop templates and standardized frameworks for project execution.
  • •Ensure data integrity, governance compliance, and security standards; monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • •Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT infrastructure programs across the DCN portfolio, including data center migrations, cloud transformations, and network/security implementations.
  • •Provide end-to-end program ownership, status reporting to executive leadership, support RFPs/vendor selection, and coach project managers on best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience administering Smartsheet (licenses, workspaces, dashboards, WorkApps) or similar project management tools.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, including hybrid approaches.
