Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping cleaning operations of an outsourced team.
  • •Ensure HSEQ compliance, including cleaning/sanitation, infection control, hygiene standards, and safe manual handling and chemical use.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and perform cleaning activities for patient rooms, clinical areas, medical equipment (where applicable), and Operating Theatre standards.
  • •Train, support, and motivate the outsourced housekeeping team; manage checklists, log sheets, and activity reports.
  • •Monitor cleaning inventories and waste segregation, conduct periodic inspections, and address cleanliness concerns/escalations professionally.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Certificate (or equivalent).
  • •Related experience as a Supervisor in the healthcare sector.
  • •At least 5 years housekeeping experience is preferred.
  • •Certificate in Infection Control Training is preferred.
  • •Previous experience in the Middle East is preferred.
