Key Responsibilities

  • •Role Execution: Maintain a high level of customer service on the gym floor, uphold brand standards, provide market leading fitness expertise, engage with members for motivation, and perform across all Fitness KPI’s.
  • •Training & Development: Undergo certification programs (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE) and stay updated with latest fitness developments, maintain My Zone knowledge, and complete CPD points annually.
  • •Minimum Performance Criteria: Wear Fitness First uniforms, manage PT sessions, run PT and induction sessions to standard, ensure branding and safety on the gym floor.
  • •Performance Administrative Functions: Set monthly goals, update PT sessions in the system, manage daily rota, and handle client bookings and contracts.
  • •Effectively Liaise with all other departments: promote teamwork, own gym floor operations, and live the brand in and out of the club.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education – A level or equivalent
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) / equivalent or working towards (enrolled)
  • •Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements
