Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and support Microsoft 365 workplace services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Entra ID-integrated experiences, and related collaboration workloads.
  • •Implement governance standards for Teams, SharePoint sites, groups, guest access, third-party apps, ownership, lifecycle management, and service configuration.
  • •Support Power Platform governance, including environment management, security groups, admin roles, managed environment adoption, and app/flow lifecycle practices.
  • •Contribute to Copilot and workplace AI governance by supporting readiness, monitoring, policy alignment, app deployment, user enablement, and secure adoption practices.
  • •Troubleshoot incidents and service requests, and improve runbooks, knowledge articles, and repeatable support processes.

Key Requirements
