Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and share the main quality risks with industrial teams to deliver at the expected performance level, including issuing alerts if quality deviations become uncontrolled.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by performing cross-functional analyses (KPIs, basic audits) and supporting resolution of technical issues and improvement actions.
  • •Communicate and advise operational teams on the Thales reference framework, normative/regulatory requirements, and customer requirements, ensuring correct application and building a quality culture.
  • •Ensure deliverables are compliant with client/program expectations and defined processes.
  • •Coordinate key interfaces across industrial functions, lot quality actors, involved management functions, and client quality representatives (with PQAM support or delegation).

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering training, Master 2 (BAC+5) or equivalent education.
  • •Operational experience in project, engineering, and/or industry disciplines.
  • •Knowledge of problem-resolution methodologies, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • •Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate clearly.
  • •Fluent English mastery.
