Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, analyze, and make change recommendations for configuration information.
  • •Collect and analyze customer network information and packet trace information, then recommend actions based on findings.
  • •Provide customer education and deliver knowledge transfer through webinars or workshops.
  • •Conduct lab-based upgrade testing on customer devices and provide reports; deliver bug scrubs reports and software recommendations.
  • •Follow up technical cases and manage expectations until closure; run weekly status calls and produce quarterly reports for managed accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the network industry.
  • •Strong network security and routing experience.
  • •Exceptional customer service orientation and strong communications skills.
  • •Asset to have CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, and/or CISSP certifications.
  • •Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; scripting and Windows server app experience; advanced English level.
