Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend appropriate retail consumer and small business products/services using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, set appointments, and participate in outside sales activities.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and establish relationships with assigned business partners, referring customers as appropriate.
  • •Participate in teller transactions and the consumer loan and bankcard process, including processing loans from application through closing, while adhering to policies, confidentiality, and risk requirements.

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Demonstrated ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Ability to use advanced math to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Must be able to register under the S.A.F.E. Act through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at time of employment.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
