Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in delivering transfer pricing projects advising clients on inter-company transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans.
  • •Help with identification and benchmarking of related party transactions and defense of transfer pricing determinations.
  • •Conduct financial and economic analyses, including industry/market research, economic valuations, and comparative financial benchmarking.
  • •Assist in preparation of valuation reports and in producing contemporaneous documentation to avoid tax penalties.
  • •Maintain client relationships and coordinate with client management and staff to gather information and perform tax services.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related area.
