Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead commercial analysis while ensuring data accuracy and integrity to enable informed decision-making and improved project outcomes.
  • •Provide accurate and timely commercial reporting, analysis, and forecasting, including earned value management (EVM) and performance index reporting.
  • •Analyze cost, revenue, margin, and cash performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities including margin erosion and cash performance drivers.
  • •Support change, cost, and risk tracking with proper monetization and impact assessment; maintain data integrity across commercial systems and tools.
  • •Lead contract compliance monitoring and governance review support, including EAC/ETC forecast development, review, and challenge.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in commercial analysis, project controls, or cost management in the built environment industry.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • •Proficiency with commercial analysis/project controls tools such as Primavera, Deltek, SAP (or equivalent platforms).
  • •Experience with contract compliance monitoring, change management, and risk assessment, plus strong analytical/communication skills.
