Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee operations for all programs at the workplace, including coordinating with other coordinators in larger facilities or organizations.
  • •Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs supporting employees’ professional development and continuous learning.
  • •Direct long-term and short-term strategic planning and budget development aligned to company goals.
  • •Establish and implement operating policies and ensure activities comply with local rules and regulations governing business operations.
  • •Lead the operations team, oversee contractor schedules, negotiate and prepare contracts, manage cost estimation, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
