Key Responsibilities

  • •Assure matching of material to coil identification tag, load and position coils, secure to the take-up table, and verify proper machine positioning and automatic shutdown.
  • •Visually inspect that equipment and processed blades are working correctly; tie processed rolls with tie wraps, retain correct identification tags, and place finished material on skid.
  • •Set up and operate multiple simple printing units to print limited blade information and perform stamping/marking adjustments and ink replenishment; clean printer.
  • •Perform routine machine servicing and maintenance using hand tools, including replacing defective components, cleaning internal screens, vacuuming debris, and greasing units.
  • •Detect and report defective or unsafe equipment/materials and perform welder operations including troubleshooting poor welds and repairing/maintaining welder components.
