Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and clienteling, using mobile POS and social selling tools. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service and asset protection standards. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks, including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
