Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the legal department with legal activities and case proceedings, including preparing, serving, and enforcing legal documents.
  • •Complete follow-up legal transactions with government or legal authorities (e.g., ministries and registries) and handle delegated tasks.
  • •Draft and review agreements and related legal documents such as NDA’s, MOU’s, and other legal agreements.
  • •Conduct legal research and gather documents for trials, supporting legal opinions and studies.
  • •Maintain and organize legal files and case records, including tracking court cases and ensuring corporate CR renewals are up to date and compliant.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
  • •Proven experience in a corporate legal department or a reputable law firm, ideally across diverse industries.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Bahraini corporate and commercial law.
  • •Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with attention to detail and deadline management.
