Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a dedicated technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers over extended engagements (6 months, 1 year, or longer)
•Act as the customer's Go-To expert for all matters related to their Zscaler deployment, adoption, and optimization
•Architect, configure, and integrate ZIA, ZPA, and broader Zero Trust Exchange solutions into complex enterprise environments
•Lead technical discovery, solution design, and migration planning workshops with customer stakeholders
•Collaborating with sales, external partners, and customer teams to provide consultancy and deployment services

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services Consultant, Network/Security Specialist, Technical Account Manager, Support/Escalation Engineer, or SOC Engineer
•Hands-on experience deploying and operating Zscaler solutions — ZIA and ZPA
•Strong knowledge of authentication systems: SAML, and SSO/IdP integrations
•Solid foundation in networking and security fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, PAC files, GRE/IPSec tunnels, proxies, and firewalls
•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills — comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
