Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, author, and audit technical designs for features and components.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of features by executing assignments independently with moderate guidance.
  • •Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable back-end services and supporting component libraries and Terraform modules.
  • •Create testing plans and write reliable unit, component, and E2E tests; improve quality through debugging across components and environments.
  • •Implement observability (metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, SLOs), participate in on-call rotations, perform RCA, and support operational improvements and runbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of professional experience building back-end, platform, or reliability-focused services.
  • •Experience with modern programming languages such as C#, Java, or Go.
  • •Experience with distributed systems, web services, and APIs (REST/gRPC) working with JSON/structured data.
  • •Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, automated testing, and Agile practices.
