Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead/mentor a team to provide analytical and strategic solutions with clear recommendations.
  • •Own delivery of high-quality analytical solutions for business stakeholders across one or more regions.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with concentration in computer science, information technology, or a quantitative field such as statistics.
  • •Relevant experience in analysis, requirement gathering, and design/development of enterprise decisioning based application systems.
  • •Deep understanding of Customer Relationship Management, contact strategy, and customer life cycle (up-sell, cross-sell, retention, etc.).
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in business terms and influence others.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work in large cross-functional teams and within ambiguous roles.
