Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end administration of leave, accommodations, and claims processes, managing a team of Absence & Accommodations advocates.
  • •Ensure compliant and effective programs across federal and company requirements (including FMLA, ADA, FMCSA, and Workers’ Compensation) and establish governance, quality, and compliance frameworks.
  • •Drive enterprise initiatives and M&A-related transitions, including due diligence, risk assessment, operational readiness, and accurate transfer of eligibility and leave status.
  • •Develop scalable processes, procedures, and tools to improve consistency, efficiency, compliance, and operational effectiveness across in-house and TPA-supported programs.
  • •Build stakeholder partnerships and serve as the escalation point for complex leave and accommodation matters, using KPIs and reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field with 8 years’ progressive HR experience (or an acceptable alternate combination of degree and experience).
  • •3+ years’ experience in a management or leadership role.
  • •Proven experience leading leave of absence, accommodations, and/or HR operations programs in a complex organization.
  • •Advanced knowledge of leave and accommodation laws, including FMLA and ADA.
  • •Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
