Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical investigation and resolution of design, build, and test issues identified on Receiver Exciter subsystems, CCAs, and components.
•Lead the circuit and sub-system analysis, modeling, simulation, and verification required to mitigate production build and test issues.
•Lead the transition to production of REPA products.
•Lead small project or processes improvements within your area of responsibility.
•Lead circuit card and subassembly design updates to resolve obsolescence and producibility issues.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
•Experience with RF system, subsystem and/or component analysis, design and test
•Experience leading Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, preferably with supplier and factory issues
•Experience designing for manufacturability, producibility, and cost constraints including yield and margin analysis
•Ability to interface with suppliers and work across multiple sites; on-site role based in MA with travel between sites
