Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, design, implement, and continuously optimize network and communications infrastructure to ensure performance, availability, and resilience.
  • •Manage and maintain core network infrastructure, including monitoring, updates, patches, troubleshooting, and quarterly health checks.
  • •Implement and maintain security measures, monitoring access and enforcing compliance in line with cybersecurity policy.
  • •Maintain infrastructure documentation (configurations, changes, troubleshooting procedures, and performance reports) and develop disaster recovery/backup strategies.
  • •Oversee vendor contracts and SLAs, manage renewals, and lead RFP/tender processes for infrastructure, connectivity (outstations and inflight), and platform upgrades.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Computer Engineering or equivalent related field.
  • •IT certification including ITIL and Cisco routing/switching and/or security (CCNA, CCNP and/or CCIE), F5 BIG-IP Administrator, Palo Alto, or Huawei AWS certified solutions architect associate (advantage).
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in IT.
  • •Experience managing heterogeneous network environments on large systems.
  • •Experience working in a team delivering a high-availability service.
