Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data models within Microsoft Fabric, utilizing components like OneLake, Data Factory and Data Engineering.
  • •Develop and optimize data warehousing solutions using Data Warehouse in Fabric.
  • •Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, integrated with Fabric datasets.
  • •Implement and manage data governance, security, and compliance best practices within Fabric, potentially leveraging Microsoft Purview.
  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical BI solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a BI Developer, Data Engineer, or similar role with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric including OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse Data Engineering, Synapse Data Warehouse, and Power BI.
  • •Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with query optimization.
  • •Experience with Python or Scala for data manipulation and automation is highly desirable.
  • •Fluent in English and either French or Dutch, or both.
