Supervise daily operations of the Maintenance Department to ensure safe repair and upkeep of production and plant equipment, as well as buildings and grounds. Lead safety and EHS-compliant maintenance practices, coordinate repair scheduling to minimize outages, and direct maintenance technicians and contractors. Manage preventative maintenance programs, technical improvements, records, and resources while providing coaching, training recommendations, and performance oversight.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise daily operations of the Maintenance Department, including repair and upkeep of production and plant equipment.
•Establish and oversee safety procedures for maintenance work (including lock-out/tag-out, confined spaces, and arc-flash) aligned with EHS/OSHA/NEC/NFPA standards.
•Schedule and coordinate repair and improvement of production and non-production equipment via maintenance technicians and contractors to minimize outages.
•Direct maintenance technicians’ work activities and manage daily maintenance procedures for repair and overhaul of plant equipment.
•Maintain records and reports for projects and equipment, and recommend or implement preventative maintenance and improvement modifications.
