Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage the production team by hiring, training, retaining, counseling, and rotating workstations throughout shifts.
  • •Monitor daily production orders to ensure customer order fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
  • •Ensure all workstations are staffed before production startup.
  • •Oversee machinery and confirm stations pass USDA Inspection.
  • •Promote daily safety and conduct monthly safety meetings while coordinating with other supervisors to solve processing problems and deliver quality education.
