Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce accurate, well-organised 3D models of hospitality interiors using SketchUp
  • •Model large-scale restaurants, food halls, bars, cafés, and related hospitality environments from concept through detailed design
  • •Translate layouts, drawings, and design concepts into fully realised 3D models with interior designers
  • •Prepare clean, structured models for the 3D visualisation team
  • •Maintain model structures, layers/tags and file management; update models through the design process

Key Requirements

  • •Strong professional experience using SketchUp for interior architecture or interior design projects
  • •Knowledge of AutoCAD and standard construction detailing
  • •Excellent 3D modelling skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • •Experience modelling complex hospitality environments, particularly restaurants, food halls, or large commercial interiors
  • •Ability to interpret floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings
