Job Summary

Serve as a Business Analyst and consultant in the Banking Consulting Group, acting as a subject-matter expert in Loans and Mortgages. You will gather and document requirements, map processes, support solution architecture and design, and partner across client business/IT, internal development, and mortgage product vendor teams. Lead business and project review discussions, translate business requirements into software specifications, and support testing and UAT/BAT for large mortgage application modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in high-level business and project review meetings for mortgage business operations application modernization.
•Leverage mortgage domain knowledge to gather and document requirements, and provide domain inputs for development and delivery.
•Translate business requirement documents into software requirement specifications; ensure requirements are clear and well understood by technical teams.
•Support testing teams with test script creation, review, execution, and assist with functional testing and UAT/BAT support.
•Coordinate stakeholder and team interactions between client, internal, offshore, and vendor teams to deliver engagement outcomes within timelines.

Key Requirements

•6–15 years of industry experience in Tier-1 IT organizations within the BFSI domain focused on Loans and Mortgages.
•Strong understanding of banking domain and applicable Loans and Mortgage regulatory environment (CCMA, TRS etc.).
•Experience working with a mortgage platform (distinct advantage).
•Ability to act as a catalyst between business and IT, leading domain discussions with BFSI customers.
•Engineering + MBA degree is preferred.
