•Manage shipping routes and delivery performance to support customer satisfaction and resolve freight/packaging/delivery issues.
•Communicate transportation requirements internally and externally.
•Process customer requests for industry compliance by coordinating with suppliers and Product Engineering to ensure timely document receipt and fulfillment.
•Perform warehouse operations such as pulling, staging, QA, receiving, and putting away deliveries.
•Maintain material trackers and delivery tracking, resolve AP issues, and provide reporting using SAP and Microsoft Office.

•5 years of experience in a similar role.
